Panto 100 – All-purpose single spindle copy router
For milling of aluminium, PVC, steel and light alloys profiles.
Vertical milling unit. Spindle speed controlled by frequency converter.
Two pneumatic triple acting copying bolts, with copy finger 6, 8,10 mm, other diameter on request. Copy routing at a ratio 1:1.
Operation is controlled by two hand levers. Support of milling unit installed on linear bearings. Range of movements can be limited by stops with scale.
Free adjustable pneumatic material clamps and supporting surface enable routing through the profile cross section in one clamping.
Prepared for mounting of length stop system with self-centering device and constant positions.
Quick change copying template system with accurate positioning.
